Absolutely everything Staff was outstanding Location unbeatable

Loved the help yourself tea coffee cookie refreshment area in reception The seating area in the bedroom with lots of USB and plug sockets Didn t have time to try the fitness suite

The staff pre authorized my card for 510 quid Also over charged me by 400 for a minor damage I will never go to this hotel again in my life

Staff and facilities were great

The restaurant It was limited and not great if you don t like Chinese food However the hotel did offer options for other takeaways which you could eat in your room

Bed was very comfortable the location was perfect for my needs

The self service checkin system didnt work for me and then I found the member of staff patronising I got a sense that this member of staff was a bit harassed Having only 1 member of staff working at the front desk appeared to cause problems around the service that was required Checking out was much more pleasant
