not much we moved to espresso hotel the next day as we stayed there last november

rather unhelpful front desk staff who looked down on us and were unhelpful to us reference parking on the site we are obviously english and cant speak much italian

Very basic but nice for a quick stay if you need to get to other transport quickly but wouldnt stay here if just for a holiday Breakfast was extra but had most options I ve seen at a breakfast buffet so worth it

Could have had actual tea cups for the coffee making facilities rather than plastic ones so we could have another cup Also really basic could use some art on the walls

The Sofa beds were good size and comfy

Location cleanliness staff were not helpful at all small pool freezing cold water nothing to do for young children

Very good hotel according to its name thought it s closer to the airport but not so far away like 15 20 drive

The bed was kind of comfy and the breakfast was okay

All the bugs crawling all over our beds and the rude staff who probably only treated my friends and I so poorly because we were American

no one speak good english Before our holidays i send emails for informations nobody reply to my emails The pool was close to clean One the last day we swimm We arrive to bergamo airport and we book this hotel for the pool When we arrived we dissapointed

Staffs are friendly Breakfast was good You can dine in the hotel for very reasonable price You can park your car outside the hotel for free as well Save 15 euro day

Not much choices in the daily menu for dinner Water in the swimming pool quite chill When we booked with booking com we mentioned that we accompanied with two children but according to hotel they diddn t see it in the system So you actually should write that into the remarks

Food in the restaurant is excellent

You really have to call the hotel to send the shuttle to the airport else the shuttle will not come

The location of the property is very convenient Everything about the place right from the reception check in to check out was superb The hotel is very child friendly with lots of activities for kids of all ages It also has a garden area and swimming pool which gives the kids plenty of open spaces to run around and have a relaxing swim after a tiring day The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a small family of 02 adults 02 young children and the beds are very comfortable which allows you to relax after a long flight and prepares you for the next days adventures The staff were very accommodating and friendly which made you feel that you are in your home away from home
