You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays damage inspections are not carried out. Guests checking out on Sundays or public holidays will receive the damage deposit refund 48 hours after check out. For an extra cost of EUR 30, damage inspections and damage deposit refunds can be done on Sundays and public holidays.
