It was a very nice room with excellent beds and a good bathroom It was great to rest after a long day of sightseeing The service was good and very friendly The breakfast was very good

Everything was clean and well organized

Our bed made noise everytime when moving but it seems to be bad luck because others in our group didn t have that

Staff in bars and dining room were extremely slow in service hot food came cold took 25 minutes to deliver cold poached egg Staff in dining room didn t smile and were rude and abrupt Asked for rooms to be close together We were put on five different floors What is point in making special requests 1 person behind desk din t seem to care and didn t smile However had another who was excellent

Small rooms Beds are so bad

The room was very nice and warm The level of cleanliness was spotless Location also was very very good with supermarkets at a 2 min walk and the Rathaus U bahn and restaurants at a just 5 min walk

The wifi was very weak and the bed was not extremely comfortable

The staff is amazing everything is fablous
