If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately, this property is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (Matric Rage). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.
