Everything was perfect

Perfect room with the most attentive staff you could ask for

The rooms were excellent in terms of size twice as big as usual rooms in Vienna and Europe in general The hotel was newly opened probably two years ago and therefore it is so clean and nice the staff were very friendly

if this didn t happen then I would rate the property as 10 The time I arrived the hotel I was given a different price for my total stay with an increase in money for each night it is a different price than when I booked at booking com I was told that It is not an option and the total price has been changed I was also told that it was mentioned in booking com however I always use booking and never saw such a message before and never had this kind of experience

The interior decor of the hotel

Not a caring organization I was not given a late check out of 4 hours after staying in a suite for four nights I had to wait in the front desk while checking out as the concerned staff had to leave the place to escort a checking in guest

We were impressed by the whole experience in that hotel

Nothing

Lovely classic hotel which everyone should treat themselves to at least once

Bit tired rooms a bit tired with scuffed skirtings and handles missing etc wouldn t have expected this at The Ritz

The bed was amazing

The checking in the fact that we had to change in the toilets for afternoon tea the return email from the ritz extremely dissappointed

Location atmosphere There was a problem with the room Complained Expediently offered a better alternative

Seating during the breakfast offered was not the most convenient despite of the fact that a number of more suitable tables available We stayed three nights Happened on all three occasions

The whole experience was fabulous The staff were brilliant
