The bedroom was beautiful with a giant bed Would definitely stay again Great location and friendly staff

The bed was very comfy

The first room was very disappointing with rust in the bath and it was dirty all round so me and my partner moved to a second room and that also had rust in the bath Very disappointing trip

Everything was simply perfect

The city tax should have been included in the total advertised price

We liked the ferry crossing to the property it was a nice touch

The complimentary cookie in arrival the free upgrade and the free parking Brilliant

More of a holiday resort than a hotel everywhere spotless and gorgeous looking Cute little spots throughout the hotel including snug room library with fires and open terrace balcony Staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we stepped through the doors They went above and beyond and catered for every need

The location was perfect It was lovely popping across to Canary Wharf on the ferry to all the restaurants

When we booked it said our room had a view of the river but it didn t

Our room felt like it was in the staff area poor view car park bins corridors a bit shabby in places lifts tiny Our room was adequate but small bathroom location my only gripes Nice to have a balcony if only to strain ones neck to see the view of Canary Wharf The bar staff were frankly poor this needs addressing especially in the evening after O2 events More heated areas outside too for us non smoking capers Cookies not all that
