The moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted by exceptionally kind and friendly staff They welcomed us gave us helpful advice of Barcelona and gave us a tour of the hotel and our room The room was a 5 star rating Clean fully stocked bathroom and utilities functioned well the view of the courtyard was beautiful the bed and linens were fresh and utmost standard of comfortability The hotel amenities including the rooftop deck and pool were excellent What a beautiful hotel Location was great within 5 minutes walking from the underground train I recommend this hotel to everyone

Staff was quick to bring slippers extra duvet duvet was very thin and extra towels Bottles of water very nice their taxi driver was prompt to take us around and they aloud late check in Food from room service was excellent although very pricey

Duvet was too thin One very small and one small normal towel is not what one expects in a four star hotel Rooms could do with an overhaul more plugs etc

Location was great Right in the middle of everything Staff where wonderful after the initial shock of the room not being the same as I booked

Booking a room that was not the room photographed in picture and being told that there is only one of that room in the hotel and that it was taken Our room was definately small and not worth almost 500 dollars per night Pool and top deck was awkward and small and was divided by plants to other top floor executive suites No privacy for them or myself The hotel rooms are small and the bed so close to the cupboard that you can hardly open the doors without hitting the bed

The room was amazing beautiful beyond my expectations very centrally located to shops marina sights
