Location is excellent for fashion exhibition

Some staff really let this hotel down Others were excellent so service is hit and miss

The staff were absolutely fantastic they catered to every single request and were able to make my stay very pleasant David in particular was especially attentive Everyone spoke perfect English which was extremely helpful Even the bar staff were exceptional Breakfast was delicious very good selection and nice layout Super selection of jams and marmalade s The rooms were very modern the ambient bed lighting was really warm and made the room feel very comfortable Finally the walk in Italian style showers were fantastic powerful and always had lots of hot water Transport connections from the hotel are also excellent with tram and metro stations conveniently situated nearby

Breakfast was superb with lots of choice with great service Rooms nice and comfortable

Poor food availability at night which could be frustrating if arriving late at night as we did

Good comfort of beds friendly personnel

small crowded swimming pool but it is not so common in Paris hotels anyway

Bar was expensive

Location was ideal as we were attending a show in the nearby Palais Des Sports Some wonderful restaurants too

A lot of external noise during the night including laundry machines Basic room with no mini fridge or coffe machine No bathrobe and slippers for the swimming pool Massage not available due to quitting masseur Very small garage not included and very expensive We were given an invalide room

Nice stuff on reception they are very helpful And also in the bar They welcoming the customers Excellent hotel

WiFi from the early 2000 s But seems to be a problem related to France only not this h tel in particular Parking is very expensive Rooms are very small
