Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Tariffs are designed according to numbers of guests staying. Please ensure correct number of guests are selected when make a booking.

Please note for access to bedrooms: - When booking for 2- 4 guests, you will have access to any 2 bedrooms. - When booking for 5 - 6 guests, you will have access to 3 bedrooms. - When booking for 7 or more guests, you will have access to all 4 bedrooms.

Please note if each guest requires a separate bedroom: - When booking for 2-4 single guests, who require 3 bedrooms, please select 5 guests when booking to access all 3 bedrooms - When booking for 4-6 single guests, who require 4 bedrooms, please select 7 guests when booking to access all 4 bedrooms.

All bookings, regardless of numbers, have sole and private use of the entire Villa.
