Cairns Airport is situated 55 km away. Please inform Mantra PortSea in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise.

Credit card payments incur a credit card surcharge fee of 1.1%.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
