Central location friendly staff access to metro Spacious room for city location

I loved the stay and the service and location would come back

The hot chocolate in the buffet tastes cheap and should be made out of proper milk and chocolate Otherwise there is nothing negative the best hotel I have stayed at in Paris

Really clean They do not use cheap mega perfumed cleaning products used to mask either old bedding carpets or poor cleaning practices

Nothing was good

Everything We paid price for accommodation more than triple

It is very close to my office in Paris Staff is very good

Toilet is too small but I understand it is a normal standard size for hotel in Paris

Breakfast is not rich enough and too expensive

The bedroom and bathroom are very small

I liked the dressing gown and slippers The location was good and we were surrounded by restaurants and shops in only a few short steps

The pool was small and I don t know why I paid more for the pool access which was ridiculous The bar area was not really welcoming so never used it

The d cor felt tired On the stair well the paint was peeling and what looked like a damp patch was apparent The covers on the chairs in our room smelt of smoke I would definitely not rate this a 4 hotel
