Good connection with other side of the river beautfiul view fast WiFi

Level of connection via booking com the request concerning facilities was not received by the hotel

Location was good for the O2 used the hotel water taxi and clipper service which was really quick and easy

Bar food menu was quite limited would have liked a couple more options

Great location food service was lovely and staff were very friendly definitely worth paying extra for the bigger room and view of the city I will definitely stay again

The Tv was not working properly so couldn t get any movies

Bed was comfy shower was amazing and breakfast was excellent

We were given biscuits when we arrived which we didn t eat straight away Arrived back in our room on Saturday after being out all day to find that one of our biscuits was missing Might seem petty but it is still stealing Surprised also that bottled water is not supplied in the rooms Had a meal in the bar on the Friday night it was just average

The location of the hotel is terrible terrible terrible I do not advise anyone to book at this hotel as it is in the middle of nowhere and the metro station is a 20 minutes walk

Hotel staff were very friendly and room is lovely and modern had a love view overlooking the river

Hotel is a little way out of Amsterdam and nearest metro station is about a 7 minute walk not good if weather is bad as a taxi won t take you to the station from hotel as journey is too short

Great bar area to relax with friends and really nice food Nice touch with warm cookie on check in

The shutters on the window rooms were really hot but opening the windows ment rattling
