Very friendly staff Fantastic inner city location Longer than usual breakfast hours til 11am which allowed us much more flexibility in our schedule

Loved the size of the room for myself and my teenage daughters Bathroom very clean and functional Room wasnt ready on arrival but the pleasant young receptionist gave us access to the private lounge to wait in
The Starbucks employee charged a service on the take away coffees each time my daughters ordered from them Felt the young lady was trying to make extra money off my teenagers checked at other Starbucks and they never charge extra for a takeaway order very unhappy about that

we dropped our bags at the hotel after about an hour long argument with staff who were very happy to argue back and add more fuel to the fire and talk to us like we should have been grateful to be there We left and went a walk around Amsterdam for a while when we returned they had no record of our payment that we had made only 2 hours before I will never be returning again and will make sure everyone knows about our experience as a 5 hotel our problems should have dealt with immediately and professionally and wasn t at one stage we just had to let it go as we got the feeling they didn t want us in the hotel most uncomfortable stay of my life I stayed in 3 not far from the Krasnapolsky in January and the service we received in there deserves 5 the hotel director of the Krasnapolsky should really have a good look at his staff while they are working as attitudes are appalling
The staff at the Milestone is what makes this place great I ve never stayed in a hotel with such friendly and helpful staff The hotel is small boutique yet the facilities are great it was pretty amazing to see how much they could fit into this place The location is also ideal just a short walk to the park across the street and close to shopping restaurants and the underground

It was very clinical looking and overly modern Not very luxurious beds were hard and no mirror apart from bathroom to do hair and make up No business centre facilities
The room was spacious clean and warm The staff were extremely helpful and polite The location was absolutely perfect walking distance to harrods and the national history museum
