Being a smoker and having had bad experiences with smokers rooms in other hotels I had some doubts about booking a smokers room I am glad to have had all my doubts disproven the room was spotless and had none of the persistant stink smokers rooms normally have Breakfast was impressive all the staff more than cordial

Price of Breakfast Although a great selection You cannot eat Everything A TOTAL ROBBERY at 25 Only had one Ate across the road at Caf 9 for a complete breakfast

I have enjoyed a quiet room

Hotel has a great location rooms are very spacious and clean well furnished Very close to city center 10 min walking distance Next to Belverde Palace which has a great park to spend a nice relaxing time with your favorite ice cream

My check in was the worst experience i have ever got while traveling abroad Person Egyptian nationality old man who has no respect to guests and i believe have a problem with other nationalities was very rude and not friendly at all Without any explanations asked about my credit card or debit card which i have provided both was returned back to me saying none of them works but just in a second i got a message from my bank that i been charge for an amount which even exceed my total bill for stay Without any apologies he replied back to me in a very rude way Next day i met the GM of hotel and she was very kind to help and apologies for her unprofessional staff

Next time we come we will ask for a handicapped to right away

The AC not working for 3 nights and it was hot The housekeeping didn t clean the room probably and old towel

Nice breakfast 5 min walk to airporttrain Nothing to complain about regarding the hotel

Staff breakfast although crossaints tasted odd and it had far too much cereal sauna listened to our room request quiet room
