At an altitude of 530 metres, Agriturismo La Sorgente is in the historic village of Brenzio overlooking the surrounding hills and Lake Como.

La Sorgente is less than 10 minutes drive from the lakeside town of Gravedona. It is ideal for excursions on foot or by bike in the valley or across the Monti Lariani mountains.

Each apartment features a balcony with a view of the lake. They all have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and full cooking facilities. Bed linen and bath towels are included.

The farmhouse also features a wellness centre with hot tub and sauna. You can relax out in the garden and leave your car at the free car park. This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles. Please inform Agriturismo La Sorgente in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.
