Location to airport

I waited an hour for the shuttle to come and collect me at the airport This after being told it would be only 30 minutes and having to call back the hotel multiple times I was offered a wake up call for the next morning by the receptionist when I checked in which I accepted They must have forgot as this was never received

The staff could not have been more helpful excellent service all around Only slight moan is the amount of time we had to wait for the shuttle bus 45 min and 3 separate taxis refuse to take us as they clearly wanted a longer trip
