Wifiiiii disaster and beds not comfortable

The staff was phenomenal They were all incredibly helpful I didn t get the name of the man who helped me when I checked in but he was very kind and friendly I arrived on my own with my daughter due to join me later on Saturday evening Unfortunately her flight was delayed 7 hours which caused her to miss her connecting flight in Copenhagen so she didn t arrive in Paris until Sunday The staff took pity on us since she missed one of her two nights in Paris and upgraded us to a rooftop room with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower So I enjoyed the wonderful view the first night and we both loved it for the second night There is also a rooftop bar and restaurant with a similar view The breakfast was very substantial It wasn t included in the room rate that we arranged but it can be part of a package It was worth the cost There was a fairly new staff member by the name of Pierre Antoine who was incredibly helpful with directions and I m directionally challenged with suggestions for dining etc The hotel was very modern sleek and clean We loved our stay at Terrass and would definitely recommend it

The front desk staff were terrific They arranged transportation for us to the airport the next morning since we arrived late and had to leave early Next time we hope to make it to the roof terrace to telax

This was my 3rd time there I love the way they ve combined design with some classical touch each room is a bit different you feel like home not a standard hotel room

reception staff is perfect location is perfect decoration is perfect restaurant is very good specially the terrass is very good with a stunning panoramic Paris view

there is a very bad smell on my room at morning t was so disturbing I had to open all windows to take this smell out on second morning same bad smell was still there my room was on last floor maybe this is the reason but the hotel needs to solve this problem

Pierre the concierge was insanely helpful The rooms were magnificent the staff kind and accommodating Truly a wonderful end to a big journey away

Waiting for more than two hours to get in to my room to clean it After three flights and twenty four hours of travel I wish it could have been faster as I was exhausted

Needed to upgrade the room booked was undersized and depressing

Lovely view over the city as per the Booking com website photos however the Eiffel Tower was further away than in the photos and there was an ugly office block and cemetery opposite us Otherwise perfect
