Clean and lovely

My room was in the basement so that wasn t great

Lovely staff easy to find really close to the tube station at only a 2 minute walk

No parking available at this hotel however another hotel just a five minute walk away did offer paid parking

The bed was really comfortable I always get a great night s sleep here

Room was very quiet and nicely furnished

Air condition was very poor despite having on coldest setting the room located on the 4th floor was very warm there was is also a lack of power points in the room on 1 x double to shared between kettle etc Cooked breakfast was very mediocre most things where deep fried Overall expensive for the money and wouldn t use again

Location is good

They push for Executive Suite Upgrade which is NOT a Suite at all and not worth 30 night extra The 20 breakfast is expensive even for London

Everything is wonderful Next time I will choose again

Very upmarket area close to the Vondelpark Excellent buffet breakfast Close to tram line Very friendly and helpful staff Nicely decorated trendy and well equipped rooms Really liked the glass bathroom

The bathroom was way too compact with only a tiny space to squeeze past the sink into the shower or toilet Couldn t close the door whilst using the sink Would use this hotel again but only if upgraded to a bigger room Breakfast was quite expensive

We were impressed when we had a problem with the lights in our room and we were immediately moved to another room The staff were very friendly and helpful We were there for a concert at the Schonbrunn Palace all we had to do was cross the road outside and we were in the beautiful Schonbrunn Gardens perfect
