The only positive experience was the cheap parking

Terrible location low water pressure from the tap and shower heads weak heating nice view of a busy road overpriced breakfast and every service of the hotel is actually overpriced A bit unkind hotel staff Dirty glasses dirty towels Etcetera Unfortunately a lot more Should ask for a partial refund I think

The rooms were big and very comfortable A quiet location with surprisingly fast free WiFi

Being 40 mins away from central Amsterdam 10 min walk to the Metro and a 30 min ride to Centraal Station

The ferry was very convenient The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean

It was difficult to get to and from the airport

I booked smoking room and one Receptionist give me a no smoke room but one nice guy swap my room 20 minutes after my complain

Nice interiors Right next to the river with nice views from the room and restaurant Nice breakfast really good food Reasonably priced for London actually This is a good hotel

Bathroom was very small The room had a sort of maritime feel to it being next to the river which was not really to my taste The television was in an odd location in the room Location of this hotel was remote for London Good for Canary Wharf but thats about it

The hotel was beautiful and had a lovely scenery The room was clean and provided us with the facilities we needed

Could hear people in corridor when room door was shut

spacious room close to the office in Diemen good ok breakfast good wifi so you can work

my scrambled eggs were a bid dry overcooked

1 The fresh cookies given at the reception 2 My room was changed with no problems 3 The bed was super comfortable 4 The views and balcony was fab 5 Very spacious room in the Deluxe King size 6 The staff particularly in the restaurant were friendly and helpful particularly Francis she was such a happy and welcoming lady

1 It took a while to check in at reception as all the details was not received from Booking com apparently 2 One reception staff unhelpful when confirming that I asked for a special request She said that it was not on the system until she was asked to look again and then it was there 3 The window stills in the restaurant was dirty while eating at the window it was quite visible 4 Customer s children spilled food on the floor and it was not cleaned the whole time we were having breakfast Staff and guest just crossed over the mess 5 No swimming pool 6 Room very costly when I booked 7 It was my 10th wedding anniversary which I choose to celebrate at Double Tree and I was told that wine or fruit would be sent to the room but received nothing
