Situation perfect for our visit Room good size for a big city hotel

Bathroom was a bit dated but clean Not noise proof but I always use earplugs so not a big problem

Furnishings in rooms were tired The first room we had was an adjoining one and we were woken up at 7 am with the entire conversation in the next room clearly wafting through the adjoining door Clearly no privacy and we had to tell them through the door that we could hear every single word they were saying Asked for a room change since we had two more nights and it took ages Rang reception to follow up and it took forever to get someone on the phone Was told that he would call me back in 2 mins but after 10 mins I had to call again and wait again to connect to someone Someone finally delivered the key to the new room and dashed off despite us being told that we would be assisted with our luggage didn t need assistance but some recovery service would be great

Excellent hotel Great service Great value for money

The helpfulness of every staff member to whom we spoke the comfortable room and the cleanliness of the hotel

Our breakfast table was very close to those either side of us making it difficult to get to the buffet A little more space would have been appreciated

Near Underground in High Kensington so the location is pretty good 15 minutes away by tube to London Eye Big Ben and the other Westminster tourist attractions and 20 25 minutes by Oxford Street or Trafalgar Square

Smaller rooms than expected rooms a bit worn out Wi Fi is the worst i ve ever had in any hotel I stayed in It barely connected to the wi fi and when it did the internet was extremely slow and 99 of the time it didn t work at all

Proximity to centra London

Dirty rooms very old structure worn out towels no control for AC Alarm just coming on unnecessarily poor maintainace of hotel very very poor quality of toiletries drawers could to closed generally very poor maintainance

Stayed here several times before and rRestaurant food much improved Staff v helpful

Rooms are now v tired and need a refurb Bathroom especially Rooms at back odd nos suffer from railway noise Zask for an even number

First room no WiFi No heating Broken lights Live wires Unhelpful staff

The accomodating receptionist who moved us to another room

Vacuum cleaner on floor lights coming on o In middle of night Beeping lights splats on wall
