The bed was comfy nice size room

drinking cups too small No milk for a cuppa

Room was lovely although the view wasn t that great but didn t affect our stay the ferry crossing was a lovely way to get to the hotel and all the staff I came across were very friendly and helpful hotel clean

This was truly 5 star service impeccable incredible room with panoramic view of the Thames wonderful terrace for drinks and the complimentary use of infinity pool hydrotherapy pools and gym all contributed to a fantastic experience The staff are incredibly professional friendly and efficient and the food is first class A truly special place in a wonderful location

I can honestly not think of anything that could be improved This is an absolute jewel of a hotel and we enjoyed every minute

The location of the property and that there was access to Canary Wharf via ferry which was free Food was nice

Wifi did not work in my room the rooms are not correctly labelled in terms of going through the doors to show which direction you should be going That I had to go to reception to pay for room service before I could order Would be better if you could pay as leaving for it

Got in late wanted to go to bed and order room service to be told that they had stopped cooking and had run out of everything from the snack menu So ordered take away and the 5 staff on the desk were not even good enough to ring the room to tell me the delivery guy was here They would only give us one room key which was very annoying as my partner went to the bar to get drinks and I got in the bath He asked for a 2nd key and was refused which was most inconvenient Had to pay extra for wifi The bed was very tired and noisy

A wonderful hotel with great views from the bedroom and bar Amazing welcome with a warm cookie and free boat service The boat service was extremely convenient frequent and quick to get to the restaurants and bars with the last boat at midnight perfect Comfy bed excellent shower and great service Wonderful luxury stay

No small refrigerator in the room

The location I can t fault it was excellent great view and comfortable beds although I wish we were told about the free ferry it would of saved us a long round trip to the O2

Staff came across a little rude trying to rush us through check in Maybe as there was a que but still we had travelled for over 2 hours and it didn t feel very welcoming We only had 2 milk sachets in the room so when we returned from an evening at the o2 we went to reception to ask for more milk so myself and my partner could have a drink from the room facilities but it seemed we interrupted a conversation between 2 members of staff I Felt uncomfortable On departure when checking out the receptionist did not tell us about stairway in the building down to the Carpark so we went outside and found we couldn t exit the way in which we had arrived as the metal shutter gate to the car park was down This wasnt down on arrival down the ramp So we came back up the ramp into reception to be told of a stairwell in the main reception going down to the Carpark then after going downstairs we found out that you need a coin to exit the Carpark which we were not given After returning upstairs a second time and feeling rather annoyed after having to que and ask to get the coin it all felt very unorganised
