The five star service I stayed here 3 times for a total of 11 days over 3 weeks to be close to the UCLH as my husband was seriously ill in the hospital The staff and service were superb and on hearing of my dilema did everything to make my stay as comfortable and worry free as possible Nothing was to much trouble I have a bad back but the beds are so comfy with clean crisp white linen Pillows and duvet were so soft like sleeping on a cloud I stayed in both superior king and standard rooms and all were of same high standard The only difference is you get robes and slippers in superior rooms which are also larger Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice to suit every taste The evening meals are delicious and reasonably priced for a 4star London hotel Buses and tube station right outside the door perfect Would definitely book again if I needed to stay in London and highly recommend

The standard room I stayed in overlooked windows opposite so could have done with voile curtains for privacy but it wasn t too much of a problem

Dinner in the restaurant was great steak was amazing overall service was excellent

Room service breakfast was a let down guest relations were however very helpful

The staff were extremely helpful and professional

Apart from the dining area there wasnt other areas in the hotel to visit

staff at reception were like Robots although it was a reasonable cost for room room was small i was advised i have given you a QUITE room well we could here all noise from outside it would of been better to say nothing it was not quite

Noisy football pitch behind the room during the day soap dispensers in the shower were broken I prefer bars of soap in boxes anyways

delicious breakfast pleasant staff good facilities and the location was great it s in the middle of everywhere Minimarket bus and underground stations just near the hotel

my standard number was too far from the lobby and there were steps on the way to it what was not good as I had a very heavy luggage But when i checked out a concierge helped me with my luggage All other stuff was great

It was a little far from the center of London
