Great room We had a suite with a huge balcony

Location Drove past it twice No signs or identifying marks No where to park or even drop off our luggage Nightmare on arrival

No tea making facilities The first hotel I have stayed in regardless of star rating that did not have tea making facilities in the room Awful hair dryers Old fashioned tube that are no use especially when you have long hair No free wifi Paying guests had to pay Outrageous Had staff knock on door and then wait for a few seconds then walked straight in Did not allow you chance to answer the door Twice this happened

I traveled with my pet dog this hotel was perfect for it there is a park nearby where i can walk my dog the location is near the Duomo I love the fact that this is a very pet friendly hotel The staff was very helpful when my dog made a mess I like this hotel very much

Very clean and comfortable in a great location The staff were always cheerful and extremely helpful Loved watching the small boats steam past our window Very cool

Just wish we had more time to explore this very unique city

My room had a bad smell Wanted to change no room in the same category available Upgrade refused No check from the staff I asked for a solution no one bothered In 5 days I ended up getting a room refresher myself Breakfast basic No egg offer Omelette etc

Room was spacious and King bed very comfortable Great location

Very friendly staff Very nice hotel well situated for the museums in a nice area Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance Very nice breakfast Comfy bed nice well stocked bathroom

The staff were rather inefficient for the quality and price of the hotel e g forgot to restock the room tea coffee more than once and forgot to order a taxi Although the food in the restaurant was very good quality it was overpriced and the service was extremely slow

All the staff were very helpful and friendly The breakfast was delicious

The room was so clean with all facilities bu t would have liked just a bit bigger bathroom However not really too much of a problem

Unbeatable location very convenient for walking to attractions or to Metro

Free wifi is very slow and need extra cost to upgrade to a faster version Lobby is nice but the room is a bit old style No ironing board provided
