Bed extra soft and comfy Staff very courteous and helpful Convenient location

Quite expensive but I understand that it is in the centre of Paris

10mins walk to the Eiffel Tower and in a great location for local cafes a supermarket and metro

Rooms on the small side but all we needed for 1 night

Amazing place to stay nice and clean and it is close to everything Many good restaurants nearby you can walk to the Eiffel Tower hop on and off bus etc highly recommended

The check in time is not flexible you have to check in at 3 pm or after 3 pm If you want to check in before 3 pm expect to pay a fee i think 40 Hotels I stayed in the past have been flexible about this

Staff on arrival and departure were fantastic Rooms were clean and comfortable and if we did need anything I am sure they would have jumped through hoops to deliver

There wasn t anything that we didn t like everything was good

My wife and myself have used this hotel for our last three visits to Paris and we love it And it s in a great location too

The only downside was the milk was sour and warm at breakfast but that s it

Large nicely appointed room candies in the lobby are a nice touch

Sound transmission between rooms plumbing The hotel has an unfortunate name especially evident after the recent Paris terrorist attacks

we were not welcomed on arrival and at to find out for ourselves how check in worked The whole system of checking in and out of the hotel is a complete shambles A pricie hotel which lacks that personal customer service I rang to request additional milk pods from reception Waited 15 minutes and still no milk Telephoned reception again and then after waiting another 15 minutes 2 lots arrived I wouldn t recommend this hotel unless the price was reduced Not value for money

I would have liked a room with a few rather than looking at a yard
