The location is quiet far from the last metro station and there are no taxis to travel to hotel Especially in the dark its very scary Either provide some sort of shuttle service between the hotel and the metro station Even calling a taxi from hotel was hard because the distance is too less to the metro station and we have to travel to the next metro station Honestly this makes the stay itself pretty poor irrespective of how the hotel is

Helen was very helpful Some Of Staff NOT TOO friendly

It was so far ftom everything Cabs cost a fortune to get anywhere

Don t book room here Regardless if what you book wither delux or with balcony they just give you a small random room with no view no balcony

Utter waste of money you book something and they give you a random room no Wi Fi no parking

Parking was a bit difficult Quite a walk to tube station but there is a bus service

The hotel looked good nice room lovely touch with the cookie when you arrive Some of the staff were extremely good

I had contacted both the hotel and used the chat option on the Hilton website as I am a photographer and required uninterrupted views of Canary Wharf Both recommended the same room so that s what I booked however the only way to get a view of Canary wharf was to stand on tip toe and hang out of the window Thankfully there is an outside area that I could use for taking pictures but if the weather had been bad this would not have been possible Not the view I was promised by reception or the person on chat The staff seemed to lack training subsequently some were great and others were unsure of pretty much everything In some cases the bar for example the staff were good but way to stretched which did not help them or the customers
