bed was so comfortable very nice rooms

Room service was quick also had to wait an hour to check in so they offered us 2 drink vouchers

Staff going extra mile to solve the problem Nicely decorated old building

Room was very cold and it could not be fixed Staff brought the extra heater and asked me on the last night if they could compensate it The location is very deserted

Breakfasts are a rip off at 21 plus service Not good value And it s NOT in Canary Wharf fur those who don t know London It s a ferry ride away no good on very cold nights when your dressed for a black tie event

On arrival we were given warm cookies and made to feel very welcome Our room was very nice and comfortable

Really pleasant staff free pass for the ferry so you can get to Canary Wharf tube station in about a 10 minute walk really comfortable bed

I enjoyed the short ferry ride to the hotel the room was very clean and staff were happy and helpful Close to Docklands bars and restaurants A little tricky with travel in to town but not too bad once we d worked it out A

The bar was a good place to sit but there was a cold breeze so too chilly to be comfortable for long

Beds were comfy

The room had barley been cleaned when we got there There was an empty toilet paper roll still left on the rod and a bunch of hair in the shower There was blood on our sheets as well

The bed was so comfortable and huge which was great The restaurant was lovely and great staff at the restaurant very attentive and the food was delicious

They called a cab for us who didn t turn up and swore at us when we tried to call In the binder in our room they said you could order room service breakfast by leaving a sign on our door We did this but didn t receive breakfast
