You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an additional EUR 150 charge for electricity and water use is payable on arrival. This will be partially refunded, according to usage, on the day of departure.
