We were very impressed with your staff We happened to stay the night of the ISIS attacks in Paris They were very helpful in arranging a shuttle and a taxi so that our family was safely able to get to the airport to catch our flights out

Its good value for amsterdam prices Room was comfortable and modern Modern bathroom with great shower Nespresso machine is a plus Extra coffee supplied on request Easy to commute to amsterdam center Tram nr 2 stop Delflandlaan stops right in front and its a 20 mins away from center Night bus stops right in front of hotel Good for return from a late night in the town or for an early morning train departure

The hotel advertised bathrobes but none available in the room

very good hotel place 10 15 min with tram no 2 to the dam station in the room there are safe air condition and nespreso machine the hotel has good gym club and parking that cost 18 euro per day we get a room in the 10 floor and you can see a good view

Unfortunately we left hotel early morning without breakfast Calm and cosy room convenient place to investigate Paris

The assortment of menu in lobby bar Not enough meals to order for supper or lunch

Stayed in a deluxe room with large shower and beautiful balcony worth the extra money Fantastic location 2 mins from a tube stop Lots of restaurants nearby McDonald s dominos for red wine hangover if needed Staff were very friendly and helpful We asked for a later check out which they gave us at no extra cost Breakfast in bed was delicious Will definitely stay here again

Only small issue was the double bed was 2 singles pushed together but we didn t complain I m sure they would have relocated us if we had but we loved the room so didn t bother

The rooms are very small The bed is not comfortable at all the matrice is too soft and it is a very small bed I would expect from a 4 stars hotel to have at least a bed that is a regular double size bed All in all it is not good value for money as it is quite expensive and the only things that are good about it are the location and the truly helpful staff Other than that i would rate it as a less than 3 stars hotel
