Perfect for our one night annual stay when we attend the Royal Albert Hall Have returned for the past ten years The staff are friendly and helpful The rooms are immaculately clean and the beds very comfortable

The rooms are quite small but that did not matter

Excellent location

Bedroom was too hot and air conditioning did not work

Very helpful staff Room very nice and spacious Bed was huge and comfortable They offered to look after our bags after checkout whilst we went out and about again We just called back and collected them when we were ready then a staff member spent 10 mins outside trying to flag down a taxi for us Fantastic service Just 2 mins walk away is the science museum which is definitely worth a visit Then next door to that is the Victoria and Albert museum A fantastic place to look around Give yourself at least 4 hours to have a good look So much to see

Tv wasn t ready to use Had to fiddle around then discovered that the aerial wasn t plugged in at the back

Hallways need painting and serious work actual rooms need repair also

The shower in the room was tiny front desk very unorganised

I lost 300 cash in this hotel I don t know who take this Is my first time lost money in the hotel Just a small advise When you check in just put cash and valuable things in the safety box If you don t The staff in the hotel will told you is your responsibility to put money in the safety box And they can do nothing if your cash or valuable things disappear

Bed was very comfortable nice exterior and decor

Food was awful felt sorry for the man bringing it to the table it was that bad My BLT had a hair in it and took over an hour for a replacement Breakfast was also disgusting croissant etc stake along with the bread
