The location could not have been better

The mouse running around reception was not a good start the staff were rude and very unhelpful the toilet in the room was not entirely clean no apology for the mouse incident

Tourist tax is not included into price Window could not be opened more Awful light in the room No slippers for the asked price Minibar is about nothing

The letter in our room said enjoy what was in the fridge which was empty lol lovely to be upgraded as was my birthday treat

Room was tiny and cramped

Beds were very comfortable room was very nice staff very friendly and helpful I liked that you could buy tickets for activities at the front desk

ordered room service and other services and asked the cost on both and they don t mention the tax on top of the price until you pay when you leave just found this a bit cheeky Didn t like that you needed your room key to get access to the sauna and that the staff failed to mention this Being picky though everything else was very good And I would go back

The room were a lovely design which made you enjoy your stay in the room The staff were very friendly and helpful

Lovely comfy bed extremely clean room loved the decor

One thing two members of staff gave us wrong info about breakfast times we ended up missing it twice but that is the ONLY gripe
