In a blooming garden 80 metres from the sandy beach of Toroni in Chalkidiki, Fotinis Studios 1 offers self-catered accommodation with a furnished balcony overlooking the rich greenery. BBQ facilties and free Wi-Fi are provided in public areas.

Each air-conditioned studio and apartment at the Fotinis, features a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven and cooking hobs. A TV with satellite channels is included. The private bathrooms come equipped with toiletries and a shower.
