The house features a queen sized room with full bathroom, reverse cycle split system air conditioning, 2 large screen TVs, DVD/Video players and a retro library of videos and books. There is a fully equipped kitchen offering Miele dishwasher, cook-top, oven, microwave, large fridge and filtered water on tap. There is off street, undercover parking and a fenced backyard plus a BBQ and outdoor setting.

Linen and towels are provided. Complimentary kitchen pantry, toiletries and laundry items are also included.

Port Elliot Beachcomber is just 150 metres walk along Basham Parade to the Flying Fish Caf & Soldiers Memorial Gardens. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
