Located less than 10 minutes walk from the Veneto beaches, Immobiliare Al Ponte offers an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. It has apartments with air conditioning, a balcony and a washing machine.

The apartments will provide you with a TV and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and kitchenware. The bathroom comes with a shower and a bidet.

Venice Airport is a 40-minute drive from Immobiliare Al Ponte. The apartments are set in Cavallino-Treporti. Please inform Immobiliare Al Ponte in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Bed linen costs EUR 7.50 per person/per stay, towels cost EUR 7.50 per person/per stay.

Please note that the pool is open from May until September.

Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment, expect for Double Room with Terrace in which pets are not allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets of small size.
