Comfortable bed and linens decor in public spaces lovely nice little gym though we didn t use it Good breakfast

Noisy extractors humming all night if bedroom window opened needed as room too hot

Very good breakfast nice clean bathroom Staff very friendly Nice reception area with water and fruit to hand Nice decor inside nice dining area

Outside of building looked rather untidy and shabby hard to find a no distinctive sign flag we walked past the entrance The main problem I encountered was difficulty sleeping This was due to noise throughout night mainly from corridor Also the room was very warm and stuffy despite us trying to turn temperature down on air conditioning control In the end had to put the noisy fan on I had a very important exam the following day the final exam for qualifying to be a GP

Location is brilliant rooms relatively big for a downtown London hotel

Clean room friendly efficient staff and good breakfast

Bathroom quite small I had to manoeuvre around door to get to toilet

Hated music in restaurant noisy and not at all relaxing Room was not ready on arrival in spite of being asked on line what my estimated arrival time would be see no point in completing this info

The room was comfortable and surprisingly well equipped

The background musak in the bar and restaurant area was horrible and too loud Not nice for breakfast which was otherwise good

Perfect location and staff were very helpful

The price could have been slightly cheaper
