Room was surprisingly large beds were huge extremely comfortable Breakfast was amazing Flowers brownies in room this was a really nice touch for our Anniversary Would recommend we would definitely return

Our check in should have been 3pm I had contacted the hotel for an earlier check in to which I had no reply Finally checked in at 5pm We were offered complimentary drinks in the bar but all the same to be checking in 2 hours later than we expected was disappointing

We are coming at least twice of year in London but first time in this hotel I m happy with our choice this time Very good breakfast nice and clean rooms

When we were checking in they refused to give us room with separate beds

dont mind paying a reasonable amount

value for money NOT have had better quality and cleanliness in cheaper hotels think they rely on the name pity they dont keep the place clean and tidy

Excellent location wonderful breakfast and really silent rooms even on a very busy street

Staff was very friendly and I was even upgraded from a Standard Single to a luxury bedroom with a king size bed The room was spacious and well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean The bathroom had a double shower cabin and a large sink though the toilet is squeezed into the extreme corner and difficult to sit on AC was superefficient during the day but not adjustable during the night the set maximum temperature could only be changed by getting instructions from Reception The location is very convinient for Kings s Cross Euston University and Westend theatres

Breakfast was included into my reasonable room price but if it is not don t pay for it Charging 20 is completely out of sync You get full English but very little on the continental side one salami and one camembert and it can take time before waiters come and give you more coffee

Excellent breakfast more than just a buffet Warm and welcoming staff

Pillows one not enough two a disaster Breakfast for 6 15 am nearly impossible to arrange When it did get itself organised came very good

The staff were extremely helpful on the day of check out I was unwell having already checked out I was given a room to rest until we were ready to leave Nothing was too much for them

The room was a little dark but for London it was really large
