staff extremely helpful and attentive

Air conditioning wasn t working nor was the television was like a sauna in the bedroom that I had to check out within an hour of checking in

The room was very cramped The TV only had two channels The carpet was very worn and dirty Bathroom not to are usual standard Had trouble opening the windows for fresh air the room too hot

The staff were excellent Both professionally polite and genuinely friendly they were always keen to help

Given the room price we thought the price of breakfast was too expensive We are aware that the quality of the breakfast was very good our friends did avail but felt another 72 Euros was to much to pay

It s squeaky CLEAN It s modern It s staff is exceptional You know staff loves their jobs Very extremely helpful Best buffet

Arrived in the middle of the night and hotel told me sorry overbooking no room left It took an hour until they organized a new one which was horrible tiny room without any proper window

Welcoming friendly staff good room and facilities

Bathroom taps for some reason all hot even those marked cold

Fabulous location Excellent rooms Helpful staff

There is a downstairs room to make tea and coffee No electric jug in rooms but there is a fridge Staff were helpful in providing electric jugs when we requested them
