Coffee machine in the room not working shower water power weak need maintenance

Location from trainstation was very good 3 km walk to Duomo so location also good very clean very nice rooftop bar with excellent view

Pillows to small definetely room for improvement Also the scrambled eggs for breakfast was not good too moist and first day mixed with overcooked boiled eggs centers so was partly blue colour should switch to fried eggs instead but rest of the breakfast was good this just gave it a major letdown

Loved the location close to the central train station The roof top bar had nice views of the Alps off in the distance

Staff too few unfriendly unhelpful We booked bicycles as offered on the booking page Forget it There are no bicycles I made a formal complaint but they didn t respond Pictures of top floor terrace with city views are misleading because the top floor is actually only for functions No views from the public areas
