The holiday home was built in 2016 as a semi-detached house and is located on the outskirts of the village of Morsbach. It offers a view of the national park and access to numerous hiking trails.

Many leisure activities are available nearby. 6 km away is Gemnd with its pedestrian zone, many restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool. The Weisser Stein ski resort is 12 km away.
