Good breakfast

Told Reception that during breakfast someone entered my room and stole my Kindle Receptionist said Sorry about that and gave me my bill

Good location for tourists tight next to traflgar square and great for restaurants and shows

Would liked to have had a room with a view instead of looking at the back of adjacent offices but there are renovation works going on to the external facad of the building facing Trafalgar Square

Position was key so convenient to tube stations and the theatres Close to many attractions tour bus stop right outside so easy to make the most of a short time in London Room was small but well designed with a mini fridge and microwave which is unusual but very useful if you have a smaller budget Great shower too

Location is excellent as good as you will get Otherwise it is functional We would use it again

Nothing only stayed for one night

The staff were very helpful and friendly The location was perfect and within an easy walk to theatres and restaurants This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and would certainly book here again

Sink in bathroom too small couldn t wash teeth comfortably
