Great value for money smart helpful and polite staff

A little tatty and noisy away from the hotel

Very central location staff were very helpful good breakfast

The lift could have been a bit bigger but that is being very fussy

The quietness carpeted floors rooms with double doors that block any noise from the corridor and the possibility to make the room dark with external shutters and curtains Internet was good

The Hotel had great decor and the room well well appointed Good value for money in London We didn t have breakfast but regretted it as when we walked through the restaurant it looked delicious and great value for money

It was a bit of a trek from the tube a good 10 minutes If you have cases it s not ideal Also it s not in the nicest area Up coming I m sure but at the moment if you are arriving on foot you have to walk through a run down high street to reach the Hotel

very comfort room with great bedding the location is quite in the middle but 5 mins walk from subway station

booked a taxi transfer service via hotel reception from airport to the hotel but the taxi driver didnot show up

The room was amazing Top quality comfort and a flat screen TV in the room with loads of channels a mini fridge to keep drinks cold and a TV in the bath which was a great addition Staff were extremely helpful and friendly Great location

Only minor things here but for the price I expected a bigger English breakfast but instead it was just the basic continental breakfast but you could eat as much as you wanted and it was very nice The toilets in the bar could have done with cleaning

Very modern clean and beautifully decorated room Even had a TV in the bathtub Great breakfast 9 minutes walk from Acton Town underground Station which takes you to Picadilly
