Room was nice and comfortable

Friendly and helpful staff great breakfast good location

The rooms on the top floor have a very low ceiling in the bedroom It is very easy to bang your head on the ceiling getting in and out of bed

Breakfast offered a lot of choice included cooked food

Staff in the Bar ignored us for too long

The showers were amazing beds were comfy

There was no bar or snacking facilities in the hotel

The hotel staff tried to help as much as they can Especially the Receptionist Mr Denis who was very helpful and responding to our requests and needs on a timely and professional way We wish him all the best

The size area of the room was actually too much small My wife and myself were hardly can move in this room This was the biggest problem we faced in this hotel

Right in the heart of Paris Less than a mile from the exact centre just outside notre dame Eifel tower about an hours walk through the louvre Just beautiful Very helpful staff with excellent communication skills Trains buses etc all close by

Room advertised as soundproofed Very quiet but could here people in hallway and TV from next room can be heard from shower

Hotel is beautiful and very clean Staff were very friendly and helfull The location is good because there is a metro stationjust around the corner We really enjoyed our stay there

a little mean when it came to extra coffee and croissant for a friend who dropped in 20 00 was step after what i paid for hotel room and Breakfast

The location of the hotel is really good and the facilities are quite nice good value for money

It was not clear the supplement for the extra bed Booking reservation said it was free until 16 years old but the information we got from the reception of the hotel was that we had to pay an extra per night because it was only free until 14 years old
