Rooms were as comfortable as remembered and beautiful views

Reervations were messed up when we arrived full payment paid at time of booking but charged an additional 100 in dispute currently We reserved two rooms for two nights each when we arrived we were told we only reserve one room the first night if I had not had my reservation paperwork we were going to be charged again Ultimately it was discovered they misspelled our name on the second reservation But we had to prove everthing we were wrong and the front desk office were right Sad part is we spoke french realatively well and this was a return visit to this hotel because of the past service Disappointed at the lack of accountability and reservation accuracy

Staffs are nice especially Kelly She speaks Chinese and provides the best arrangement to us eg room luggages articles for daily use

This hotel is an excellent location close to all Paris highlights and with easy access to rail and metro There is a fantastic mix of restaurants nearby and the hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet A few notes 1 There is currently construction outside the facility but this didn t impact our stay it just created confusion for some of our uber drivers re getting to the hotel 2 Rooms are small and don t have room for kids families to move around relax in This wasn t a problem for us as we spent our time outside enjoying Paris

Overall whilst this hotel is excellent we were left disappointed by our room and the late check in by rude staff By way of explanation we were unable to check in to our room until 5 30pm despite arriving well after the check in time if 2 Staff offered no apology or explanation other than cleaning running behind On heading to our room a level 1 room we found a very tired unrenovated room not reflective at all of the photos on this website or those given to my brother also staying at the hotel on a substantially lower room rate too The room lacked basic features e g the air conditioning did not work effectively the bathroom door did not lock poor tea and coffee facilities In this regard the room didn t have sufficient tea coffee or milk 1 teabag is NOT sufficient and when we requested extra tea bags staff were dismissive and incredibly rude the first person asked gave us one extra teabag and then demanded a tip We ended up buying our own teabags and milk truly Novotel What was also disappointing was that when asked why our room was not the quality as given to my brother or per the website photos the desk staff said that all family rooms were of that standard Sorry Novotel don t treat me as stupid Why not an honest answer that level 1 was not renovated Your check in process and rude front desk team let down the rest of our experience

The wifi speed was very good compared to other hotels

The room or if Im not mistaken all the standard double rooms are cramped in size barely enough for two humans to walk through Woth the third peace of luggage be prepared to rhink of innovative ideas to use the room either to get rid of tables and chairs or to jump accross points of interest inside the room

The location was perfect Nice clean hotel The Eifel Tower being almost on the doorstep made it that extra special

Friendly staffs Clean and comfortable room

1 Short time span for breakfast buffet Queue was usually much though well organised 2 Very few toys in children play area

Staff were wonderful Really friendly and made my daughter very welcome The hotel was very tidy and clean Breakfast was excellent and the location was great for travelling out to Eurodisney and into other tourist attractions with excellent places to eat very nearby

Nothing it was all excellent

close to metro so easy access to most of paris
