Aabalree Guesthouse is located midway up Union Street, which features popular cafes, bars, and restaurants, it is an ideal connecting point for the Riverside, Perth Road, and the Overgate/High Street shopping districts and bus links from Nethergate.

Most rooms have a wash basin and are spread over 3 upper floors of a traditional 100-year-old Scottish tenement building.
