A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Additional damage deposit may be required for special events such as Envision Fest, Craft Beer Festival, New Years, etc. For security purposes, there are two cameras on property: one outside monitoring the driveway and one in the living area monitoring the sliding doors. To protect your privacy, the internal camera may be covered during your stay. It is the guests responsibility to confirm that the camera is covered. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Payments

If the reservation is not paid in full, the balance of your reservation must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.

Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit is required for each reservation. This deposit must be completed at least 30 days before your arrival and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guests stay.
