Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that on Sunday, key collection is available until 13:00.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent a linen and towels kit on site for the following extra charges: Double bed linen kit: EUR 16 per bed per stay Single bed linen kit: EUR 13 per bed per stay. Towels kit (2 bath towels and 1 beach towel): EUR 10 per kit per person.

The swimming pool is open from June to September.

Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00.

Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
