You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection for a Sunday arrival can only be done until 13:00 at the latest.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 25 for bed linen for the double bed, EUR 20 for the single bed and EUR 20 for towels per person.

Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00.

Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
