the front desk manager helped us in getting closer rooms I had mentioned in the Booking com website that I wanted both the rooms to be interconnected or adjoining but the same was not communicated to any of the hotels or executed

Location ambience decor staff all combined made our visit a very memorable experience Thank you all

Great location Very comfortable bed Caring staff members from reception to cleaning

Bathroom would need a renovation My room was in the end of the corridor which takes nearly 4min regular speed walking distance from the elevator passing by all the corners of the floor Might be not easy with people with reduced mobility Internet dropped down all the time I believe it was location issue as well

Bedroom on the third night wasn t made until 6pm after we complained at 5pm when we got in

the vegetable curry

The room was very small and also there was significant noise which sounded like a hoover but I think was the extraction fan I complained but did not feel I was taking seriously

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful

Breakfast could have been included for the price we paid per night The bedding also may have had bed bugs

The hotel is very well located at few blocks from Picadilly circus Trafalgar square and many other interesting places in a quiet street Staff is really superior everyone at the hotel work to do your stay as nicest as possible Congratulations for staff actittude

As many hotels in London its price is high compared with other cities particullary breakfast but you can find options at walking distance

The room an apartment allotted room no 160 was big and comfortable facing the Louvre with excellent view and no building in front looking into the room Very spacious and clean The location is also excellent The breakfast and SPA are good The staff service is exceptional including the concierge in help and directions Especial mention of desk staff Laurent to support us in our special needs of earlier check in and other minor stuff

The room no 160 itself requires a overhaul in terms of heating general maintenance broken tiles panels etc electric connections For the original price I paid discounted the expectation will not be met Very VERY expensive parking and paid 54 euros for 25 hrs

The St James Taj is a great location for tourist visiting London The hotel room was comfortable and breakfast in the hotel was convenient All major tourist attractions can be walked to or the tube is right there for sites further away
