The newly renovated, fully furnished house is set on a large block with amazing views of the Blackwood River running into Flinders Bay and out into the Southern Ocean.

The house has a huge lawn area outside, has plenty of parking and a large shed. On arrival guests will find a complimentary bottle of wine in the kitchen and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

The property is located between the town jetty and the main street, close to the start of a beautiful walk way along the river. The surrounding area is popular for its beautiful beaches, fishing, diving, skiing, sightseeing, wine tasting and views. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You will be contacted by the property to arrange payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
