Perfect location great canal view big and spacious room

The elevator was out of service almost 2 full days of our 3 nights of stay

Perfect location step outside for three tram lines On a canal near dining stores museums Lovely staff

Not fancy but all around a lovely stay The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Location was about the only pleasant aspect of this hotel

Way overpriced for what you get Over 800 for 3 nights in a room with mildew stiff bed and loud malfunctioning air conditioner Charge you for phone calls in which you can t even connect with the place you re trying to reach

We loved the access to the tram stop We liked the canal view

the rooms were large with nice seating area and good facilities mini bar coffee machine iron etc Great view of the canal Lovely breakfast with delicious omelet and pancakes Very polite and helpful staff

Lovely hotel with fabulous view of the Prinsengracht from our window Lots of cool places to eat close by

The staff gave great directions on how to get around the city

Hotel is quiet

Rates were extremely high we were not told there is extra tax
