Really comfy bed nice d cor lovely bathroom with a great selection of good quality toiletries Very efficient and polite staff on check in and check out Beautiful bar area and we loved the breakfast One of the best breakfast buffets we have seen Location great and the only hotel in London where it was quiet enough to sleep well even though on a main road Would stay again Please congratulate all of your staff on their professionalism especially the breakfast staff really on the ball cleaning and replenishing with great finesse speed and courtesy

Small rooms a bit of negotiation to get around the room especially with two of you but for the price in Central London this is only a minor issue Also a bit of dust here and there and marks to the walls but this is normal hotel wear and tear Also shower only luke warm didn t bother me but the bf likes a hot shower

The bed was comfortable The bathroom was nice but the shower was making a very loud noise which did not make the experience pleasant Especially when you are trying to sleep and you can hear the shower in the next room

There was no one on reception and we had to wait once we alerted the bar staff that we had been standing aroundo Customers personal details were left out on the reception desk for all to see including full card numbers breaching Dat a Privacy and PCI requirements The more expensive room Executive compared to the the standard twin was really tight and difficult to move around the bed Left message for manager to call me still haven t heard from him Altogether a very disappointing stay

Excellent location A train tube station is 8 minute walking distance from the hotel Very good continental breakfast A supermarket is right across from the hotel as well as ATM and bus stops that take you directly to downtown London The bedrooms are very clean and spacious compared to most London hotel standards Definitely recommend this hotel

Reception staff we re lovely

Air conditioner was not working so the room was hot as sauna and nobody fixed it nor find another room for me with good air conditioner

Staff were so welcoming and helpful Also the location is perfect

The suite is small and the I don t like the furniture s color

no heating in room went from one room to another settled on third room no one could speak english all staff saying no understand
