The breakfast was very good usually when I go to a hotel the breakfast buffet is either poor quality or cold This hotel was perfect and was really enjoyable to stay in
The hotel service and staff were perfect Only thing I didn t like was that the swimming pool wasn t in the hotel itself However for such a central London location it wasn t much of a suprise and didn t bother me at all

Breakfast a little boring but you have a lot of small breakfast locations in the area Rooms are ok but a little bit small I think my room for two was a single room but ok you are always outside in Londen so

It s not in maida vale that s is a two minuet tube journey The first room we had smelt damp but they did change the room for us The pictures of the room and info about the location are misleading

The bathroom in general was a bit grubby toilet seat loose with red stains on it Shower if you were not careful soaked the whole room Had to use towels to mop up floor Fridge light didn t work The worst thing was being woken at 4 a m after a lovely evening out the purpose of our trip to red flashing lights in our room and the fire alarm It frightened the life out of us I rang reception to ask if their was a fire to be told it was a guest having a very hot shower After this we couldn t sleep

The room was supposed to be a king size but you could not walk around the bed There wasn t even enough room to open the bathroom door as it hit the bed There was no natural light in the room and it was difficult to negotiate the maze of narrow corridors and stairs with your luggage We had to change room at first as there was a strange smell in the room The location of the hotel is good and the area around the hotel has everything you need
